If Dkuz has reasonable grounds to believe that a user account involves illegal or non-compliant conduct, abnormal transactions, security risks or violations of platform rules, the platform has the right to take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and relevant agreements, including but not limited to:
- Requesting additional identity or source-of-funds documentation
- Restricting certain account functions
- Suspending trading
- Suspending deposits or withdrawals
- Freezing relevant accounts or assets
- Terminating account services

If a dispute arises while using Dkuz services, users may first submit a complaint through official customer service, the Help Center or the ticket system.
Dkuz will handle disputes based on platform records, the User Agreement, relevant transaction data and applicable laws.
